Privacy Policy

Controller. MITHRION.DEV, operated by Ioan-Florin Mihai, controls the personal data described here. Privacy requests can be sent to contact@mithrion.dev.

Public inquiries. The project brief stores the name, email, company, project context, desired outcome, budget and timing supplied by the visitor. A one-way hash derived from request metadata is retained for abuse prevention; the raw source address is not stored in the lead record.

Operations accounts. The authenticated application stores account identifiers, name, email, avatar, workspace membership, projects, milestones and an activity history. Clerk provides identity and session management. Hosting and database infrastructure process the minimum technical data required to operate, secure and recover the service.

Purposes. Data is used to answer inquiries, provide the requested application, enforce tenant isolation, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, recover service and maintain a security audit trail. It is not sold or used for third-party advertising. The site currently has no behavioral advertising or product analytics.

Retention and control. Leads are retained only while an inquiry or commercial relationship is active and are periodically reviewed. Workspace data remains until the account holder deletes it. The Settings page provides a complete JSON export and permanent account deletion. Operational backups expire according to the documented production backup schedule.

Processors and transfers. Clerk provides authentication, Vercel provides application hosting and the configured PostgreSQL provider stores application data. Their processing locations and safeguards are governed by their current service terms and data-processing agreements.

Your choices. You may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion by using application controls or emailing contact@mithrion.dev. Identity may be verified before fulfilling a request. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
