Provider and scope. MITHRION.DEV is operated by Ioan-Florin Mihai. These terms cover the public website and MITHRION Operations pilot service. Custom delivery work remains subject to a separate written proposal or statement of work.

Account responsibility. Users must provide accurate information, protect their authentication methods and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. An account may not be shared outside the person or organization authorized for the workspace.

Acceptable use. The service may not be used for unlawful content, credential abuse, security testing without written permission, automated scraping, excessive requests, infringement, harassment or attempts to access another workspace. Limits may be enforced to preserve reliability.

Pilot plans and payment. Pilot access, price, included usage and renewal are defined in the applicable order or proposal. Unless that document says otherwise, invoices are paid manually, access does not renew automatically and either party may decline a new pilot period.

Customer data. Users retain rights in their submitted business data and authorize MITHRION.DEV to process it only to provide, secure and support the service. Export and deletion controls are available in Settings. The Privacy Policy describes processors and retention.

Availability and support. The pilot is supplied with reasonable operational care but without a guaranteed service level unless a signed order states one. Planned maintenance, provider incidents and emergency security work may affect availability. Support is available at contact@mithrion.dev.

Suspension and termination. Access may be limited for security threats, material breach, unlawful use or non-payment. Account deletion permanently removes active workspace data and cannot be undone after the deletion flow completes.

Warranty and liability. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the public site and pilot are provided without implied warranties. Liability is limited to direct, proven loss and does not include indirect loss, lost profit or loss caused by customer-controlled systems, except where such limits are prohibited.
